Our Story

It is difficult to share our story because as you read this our story is still being written. With that in mind, let us tell you about our church thus far. The summer of 2008, James Dodzweit was experiencing a very successful ministry as a youth pastor at Grace Family Church. Hundreds of Jr. High students would flock to church on Friday nights where they would experience 3 hours of excitement, and truth. It was in the middle of that crazy season where God began to nudge James' heart in a new direction. Following a series of confirmations and mini-miracles, he knew it was time to step out in faith and begin a new work in Wesley Chapel close to his home. With the full support and encouragement of Grace Family Church, James and a team of 40 adults launched Grow Life Church on March 1st of 2009 at Veterans Elementary School in the cafeteria. Since that day to this one, God has revealed himself in a special way to us, transformed and accomplished miracles in us, and continues to pour His life through us.
