WHAT ARE THE DATES AND LOCATION OF CAMP?

  • Camp will take place Tuesday, July 28 – Friday, July 31 at the Tampa Bay Baptist Conference Center.
  • Students will stay on-site for the duration of camp and participate in all scheduled activities there.

WHAT SHOULD I PACK?

DON’T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING:

  • Your Bible
  • Notebook & Pen
  • Sunscreen, athletic clothes (for games), casual clothes (for services), and tennis shoes
  • Water Bottle
  • Swimsuit (you'll need a swimsuit every day)
    - Guys: Modest swim trunks
    - Girls: Modest one-piece and shorts
  • Toothbrush and other toiletries
  • Phone Charger
  • Towels (Bedding will be provided by the camp)
  • Optional: Team spirit items (e.g., colored gear for team competitions).

WHAT'S THE DAILY SCHEDULE LIKE?

Each day includes morning and night sessions led by guest pastors and Pastor Matt, along with engaging activities throughout the day.

  • Camp Activities Include:
    - Tribe Wars
    - Team challenges and games
    - LifeGroups (small-group discussions)

    Throughout the week, these moments are designed to help students have fun, build friendships, grow in their faith, and encounter God in meaningful ways.

HOW MUCH DOES CAMP COST AND WHAT'S THE PAYMENT PROCESS?

Camp pricing is based on the date your deposit is submitted. Your student’s spot is not confirmed until a deposit is received.

    Standard Rate – $375
    Last Chance Registration – $400
  • Payment Details:
    - Payments should be made payable to GrowLife Church.
    - A deposit must be submitted by July 20 to reserve a spot. 
    - Full payment is due the day before camp begins.

ARE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE?

Yes! Scholarships are available, and every application is reviewed with careful consideration. Scholarships are based on the funds available and distributed as they come in.

ARE WAIVERS REQUIRED?

Yes! All liability waivers must be signed, printed, and submitted at camp check-in.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

The required $100 deposit is non-refundable. If your student can no longer attend Camp, you can request a partial refund or apply payments to another student’s account.

WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WILL BE TAKEN?

  • Protecting our students is our number one priority. Here’s what you can expect:
  • Every adult serving in our student ministry is background checked and approved by GrowLife leadership.
  • We'll have a team dedicated to keeping your student safe during every part of the Camp. These include security staff and serve team leaders (think dorm monitors and night watch) and camp nurses.

WHAT ARE MEDICATION PROTOCOLS?

  • Students who take medication must bring only what is needed for the duration of the event in a clear bag. This bag will be turned in to our nurses at Check-In.
  • Nurses will administer medications at the proper times that you, as the parent or guardian, tell us.
  • If a student needs help with their medication, their Group Leader can help administer it with parent consent.
  • All medications must be documented during the bag-check at check-in.

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

  • As mentioned in the registration form, we reserve the right to send any student home for any misconduct at the discretion of GrowLife staff and leadership.
  • Realizing that modesty is subjective, anyone asked to change their attire must adhere to leadership. This will be done in a discrete manner.
  • Students are encouraged to bring cash for the camp merch they would like to purchase throughout the week.
